We are helping millions save when they shop online, and we're hiring! We are actively seeking a Manager, Learning, Growth, and Development to join the People Team in our Los Angeles office.

As we seek to build this internal capability, we want passionate learning, growth, and development professional to be our first L&D team member. We are looking for someone that has played a vital role in an existing learning, growth, and development focussed environment in a similarly fast-paced, high growth start-up culture. 

The role, initially reporting directly to the VP, Organizational Development, is for a seasoned manager level professional; However, there is no immediate need to directly manage other team members. 


What You'll Do:

As the Manager of Learning, Growth, and Development at Honey, you will:

  • Own and lead the efforts to evolve and iterate on our quest to develop the foundation behaviors, culture, tools, and competencies to make our managers highly effective at coaching and supporting our employees at scale. 
  • Position yourself as a trusted advisor, coach, and mentor to our front line managers, supporting them through their growth, learning, and development. 
  • Provide thought partnership to our VP of Organizational Development on defining Learning, Growth, and Development vision and strategies.
  • Be a thought partner and stakeholder in helping us design and build a company robust and diverse coaching and personal/professional development culture, where every Honey employee ultimately has access to a development coach 
  • Partner closely with and support our HR Business Partners as they support department leaders on a variety of organizational development initiatives.
  • Support us in creating high-impact functional learning programs in close collaboration with business leaders that accelerate function-specific development of our people
