We’re seeking a Trainer to work closely with the VP of Operations to implement programs, policies, and procedures that enable our teams to successfully navigate their dynamic work environments.

What You Will Do:

• Quickly become a product expert with a strong understanding of our products and industry.
• Creates engaging training curriculum and training content that fully trains and empowers our employees to maximize the value of our solutions.
• Create Learning Management System content from scratch.
• Ensure training content is kept current as our products and services continue to evolve.
• Work with product, support and customer success to understand product features and ensure they are being trained on properly.
• Work cross functionally with the Implementation team to assist in training new customers as necessary.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s Degree (BA) from four-year college or university, and 5+ years of experience in an onboarding or training role; or commensurate experience in lieu of degree.
• 5+ years of Instructional Design experience or other similar is preferred.
• Prior experience with B2B SaaS companies, preferably Call Center Solutions industry.
• Proven experience implementing learning curriculums to drive the optimal use and knowledge of a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution.
• Proficient in training both internal employees and external customers.
• Prior experience with Technical Writing.
• Prior experience working from a brief to create written or multimedia content as required with minimal oversight.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
• Creative, flexible, and innovative team player.
• Experience with Skilljar, Pendo or other LMS software preferred.
• Experience with Adobe Captivate preferred.
