GOAT Group is looking for a Learning Administrator to support the training function of its Authentication and Quality Control warehouse teams. You will be partnering with leadership to curate and administer the Training Program that will be implemented across all current and potential warehouse locations. You will oversee various facets of training from onboarding, running assessments, and developing coursework. The ideal candidate will have experience successfully leading internal training programs in both digital and classroom environments.

In this role, you will:

  • Implement and maintain an LMS (Learning Management System) and training documentation for multiple warehouse functions including Authentication and Quality Control across multiple locations, including offshore resources
  • Create and maintain sample course formats for trainers to utilize to improve consistency and speed to publication
  • Create a framework to scale training programs as the organization grows and be able to update and improve the ongoing curriculum
  • Establish, implement, and manage training schedules and calendars for technical development/assessment, safety programming, new hire onboarding, and other subjects that are aligned with business needs and priorities
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive Knowledge Base, providing a single reference point for core processes including Quality Control, Authentication, Internal Systems, etc
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and teams to identify training needs
  • Facilitate training across multiple mediums, including eLearning and virtual/in-person environments
  • Ensure all training is delivered effectively, efficiently, and promptly
  • Assist leadership in anticipating future business needs and challenges and proactively develop and implement new or revised plans to meet the demand
  • Develop and monitor reporting to measure success and engagement of learners & report findings and recommendations for improvement to leadership
  • Be flexible to manage other assignments as they arise

We are looking for:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in training and/or systems administration, or similar role
  • 2+ Years training, course and curriculum design experience
  • Proficiency with GSuite, LMS, and other training software
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud a plus
  • Proven ability to communicate and work seamlessly with a variety of teams including, technical, operational and business teams
  • Experience working with third party vendors and global teams is a plus
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Strong interpersonal communicator
  • High attention to detail
  • Knowledge of sneakers and sneaker industry is not required, but strongly preferred
