Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced technical recruiter to join our team.   This person will have experience partnering with engineering, product, and design to fill critical roles.  Providing a high level of both candidate and client experience is important to you and you are not afraid to recommend change when needed.  You will also have a keen eye for finding outstanding resumes and the ability to  read beyond Boolean search words.  You understand the difference between projects, products, and companies candidates have worked for that are most relevant to the type of people AuditBoard is looking to hire.  In addition, you have a passion for recruiting and love sharing the organization’s story with candidates.  You also enjoy mentoring and collaborating with others.


Responsibilities


  • Act as trusted consultant and advisor to hiring managers
  • Build relationships and guide candidates through the recruitment process
  • Own full cycle recruiting from source to close
  • Mentor junior recruiters
  • Help train managers and interview teams on best practices
  • Provide data to help with hiring decisions
  • Drive change
  • Source and screen for high quality candidates 
  • Provide a diverse pipeline
  • Manage technical requisitions and also take on roles from other departments as needed to help the team. 


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in a related field required; advanced degree preferred
  • At least 8 years of experience in technical recruiting required: software engineers, quality engineers, product managers, integration engineers, etc.
  • Experience in a fast-paced start-up / hyper growth environment.
  • Experience working at a SaaS company preferred.
  • Experience mentoring recruiters
  • Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment 
  • Highly organized and not adverse to change.
  • Excellent communication and negotiating skills
  • Team player/collaborative
  • Greenhouse experience preferred
