About the Lead Technical & Non-Technical Recruiter Role:
We're looking for an experienced and results-oriented Lead Technical & Non-Technical Recruiter who is well-connected, passionate and enthusiastic about the staffing and blockchain. You are eager, proactive, resourceful and able to keep a cool head under pressure. Ideally, you have a strong understanding about the staffing industry and recruiting experience. You will be aligning to an aggressive sales strategy and planning, with prospect and established clients to generate a candidate pipeline while consistently achieving individual performance metrics and gross profit targets.
Responsibilities
- Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives
- Work closely with hiring managers to define required skills and behaviors, ensuring that our job descriptions are effectively targeting the right candidates
- Build a pipeline of qualified technical non-technical candidates
- Creatively pursue and source passive candidates, screen inbound applicants and constantly identify ways to improve recruiting strategy and experience
- Drive offer process to activate and close on prospective employees
Qualifications
- You're passionate about blockchain technology, love startup recruiting and have at least 3+ years experience sourcing high-performance technical and non-technical roles
- You have a strong technical acumen and understating of current technology trends, development principles and engineering functions
- Able to build strong, healthy relationships with all kinds of people, at all levels
Additional Qualifications (Preferred, Not Required)
- You have a background in Fintech recruiting
- You've successfully hired employees at all levels within an organization, including everything from the C-Suite to entry-level positions.
