The Role: Lead Recruiter

TubeScience is looking for a talented Lead Recruiter to join our thriving team in Downtown LA!

Who We Are:

TubeScience produces conversion-optimized videos for many of Facebook’s largest performance marketers.

Three factors set us apart:

First: TubeScience places a huge premium on speed and data-driven creative decisions. Our in-house teams will develop a concept in the morning, shoot/edit in the afternoon, launch multivariate video experiments in the evening, and iterate the next day based on real-world performance data. So in the weeks or months it takes a traditional creative agency to produce a single video, TubeScience will be on version 15.

Second: All efforts are focused on scalable—rather than one-off—wins. For many clients TubeScience produces 100+ videos per week to support multi-million dollar monthly FB budgets.

Finally, we operate on a pure pay-for-performance basis, with zero production fees for video. That allows us to focus 100% of our efforts on providing measurable value to partners.

Who You Are:

You develop and execute recruiting and pipelining plans to engage and qualify exceptional potential talent, ensuring the candidate, client, and team experiences are met with exceptional service delivery.

What You’ll Do:

  • Demonstrate ability to attract, influence and convert hard to find active and passive talent.
  • Employ conventional and innovative sourcing channels and techniques, including social media, resume mining, diversity resources, networking and use of outside vendors.
  • Manage the candidate experience throughout the process and ensure a positive experience, including assistance with onboarding to create a seamless transition from primary or secondary contact, through hiring process, to offer acceptance to first week on the job.
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers to develop a strong understanding of the department culture, business strategy and talent profiles to deliver on their hiring needs
  • Track goals, metrics and performance of the hiring cycle to communicate results to Executive Team as requested and update status of efforts on shared work board on daily basis.
  • Represent company for recruiting purposes at identified networking and industry events, job fairs and conferences

Qualifications:

  • Genuine appreciation and desire to embrace a fast paced environment, the excitement and rapid changes of a company that is rapidly scaling]
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills a must
  • Successful track record of sourcing and placing passive candidates
  • Proven creative strategies and tactics to reach exceptional talent
  • Experience with Greenhouse and Google Docs strongly preferred
