HR Operations Specialist

The HR Operations Analyst will be responsible for the coordination of HR activities across iHerb. Additionally, this person will work hand in hand with the Chief Human Resource Office on a variety of projects; to include HR Corporate Communication and the development and maintenance of HR Corporate metrics and dashboards. The right person will be okay with the occasional administrative tasks, while continuing to hone their skills by taking on significant projects for the whole of iHerb.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the coordination of HR activities across iHerb, Inc.

• Responsible for the coordination of all corporate HR communication

• Responsible for special projects as they pertain to HR Operations or HR Corporate activities

• Vendor management and Liaison

• In conjunction with the HRIS team develop, maintain and present metrics 

• Stay current with HR trends through research and seminars and provide lunch and learns to HR leadership on such topics

• Help with general administration on behalf of the CHRO

• Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or relevant field

• Generally requires a minimum of 3 years experience in Human Resources Operations

• Demonstrated ability to work with multiple software applications including enterprise wide systems, and intranet/ internet applications

• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and lead projects, known for achieving critical objectives.

• Detailed oriented person that acts with a sense of urgency

• Works well with data and is able to perform detailed analysis of data

• Ability to communicate effectively using several modes of communication including face-to-face presentations and email and phone etiquette

• Demonstrates an upbeat and positive attitude toward job responsibilities and the accomplishment of critical business objectives

• Servant leader who puts the interests of the broader team and the organization’s goals ahead of their own personal agenda.
