GR0 offers a variety of services to customers, including but not limited to: 

  • Content Writing: This entails the development and creation of extensive written content that aligns with a client's brand voice. This type of long-form content builds a brand's authority and results in organic discovery by potential customers. 

  • Performance PR: This service focuses on getting a brand published on elevated, reputable sites such as The New York Times, USA Today, and Yahoo among others.

  • On-Page Optimization: GR0 offers website performance analysis, Google search console integration, search volume analysis, keyword targeting, meta tags creation, and SEO strategy planning.

 

The Role:

 

As the Human Resources Manager you will be responsible for helping to find, develop, motivate and retain the team at GR0. We take culture seriously and as the company grows you will be its champion and help adapt and grow that culture alongside the company. In this role you will be responsible for all human resources related activities. The Human Resources Manager will partner with all areas of the company to help our team build and support their organizations. This will involve: driving recruitment of the best talent, on-boarding new employees, coaching managers on team leadership and helping to resolve employee relations issues and managing programs that help develop staff. This position is a key strategic role in the company helping to grow the business and allowing us to build a unique and strong people oriented culture at GR0.

 

Essential Duties And Responsibilities:

 

  • Support organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; and recommending changes.

  • Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; and counseling employees and supervisors.

  • Enforce management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.

  • Ensure compliance with local, state and federal labor regulations.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs, understand the GR0 culture and values, and build recruitment strategies for current career opportunities.

  • Evaluate compensation and benefits programs, manage benefits renewals and advise on potential new programs that create value for our team and the organization.

  • Partner with our Head of Finance and hiring managers to plan and manage compensation and benefits costs.

 

Qualification (You’ll need these skills & experience):

  • 6+ years Human Resources experience and multiple years of proven success in driving recruiting efforts

  • Ability to report, analyze and summarize data for stakeholders and leadership

  • Exercises judgement and demonstrates competency when handling difficult conversations and sensitive material

  • Strong ability to build relationships with remote stakeholders and teammates across multiple locations and time zones

  • Competency in process improvements and using tools for automation, as well as implementing fixes in broken processes
