Human Resources (HR) Coordinator

Job objective: We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Human Resources (HR) Coordinator to take on and support a variety of HR projects. The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of both general administrative responsibilities and Human Resources as a whole. They will be able to work autonomously and efficiently to ensure successful handling of HR projects and operations.
Note: This is a full-time, hourly non-exempt position, eligible for benefits
Duties
- Maintain and update SharePoint and Confluence for the HR team
- Keep digital employee/organizational folders and records up to date
- Coordinate and organize employee trainings and other initiatives
- Oversee the HR mailbox and tickets
- Maintain HR compliance tasks (such as labor posters, OSHA filings, etc.)
- Coordinate open enrollment/benefits Q&A sessions
- Assist with planning logistics for employee engagement events
- Coordinate pre-boarding of employees - Send emails/questionnaires, create tickets for IT, Finance, etc.
- Manage employee first day logistics - Serve as the first point of contact for new hires
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills
- Experience using SharePoint
- Ability to handle data with discretion and confidentiality
- Experience with HRIS and other HR tools
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role
