Human Resources Coordinator
The Human Resources Coordinator will aid in Company growth by assisting with human resources processes and providing support to the Human Resources team. You will manage administrative day-to-day tasks and partner with upper management to ensure HR and legal compliance with relevant HR rules and regulations, while working to develop and promote FloQast culture internally and externally. You will be responsible for optimizing FloQast’s Applicant Tracking System and handling all inbound applicants for all positions.
Responsibilities Include:
- Work with Recruiting and HR to ensure smooth onboarding of new hires;
- Assist HR team with benefits administration;
- Assist HR team with employee requests and questions related to Company policies, benefits etc.;
- Administer background checks to new hires for required departments;
- Assist HR team with processing of terminations;
- Track and coordinate employee training;
- Assist with HR management software and tracking tools and regularly audit for accurate record keeping;
- Manage the Applicant Tracking System and work with Recruiting to ensure optimization of the software;
- Own recruiting coordination, including scheduling and coordinating phone and on site interviews;
- Maintain open role listings on job sites to ensure updated and accurate listings and to remove closed position postings in a timely manner;
- Assist in managing external recruiting firms as needed;
- Keep track of state, local, and federal laws and communicate pertinent changes to HR and Legal team;
- Assist with planning and management of Company events/offsites with the support of the Social team and Marketing team;
- Assist with recruiting event coordination as needed;
- Perform other duties or special projects as needed
Desired Qualities and Skills:
- 1 year experience in Human Resources preferred
- Previous experience with HRIS and ATS preferred
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and G-Suite
- Highly energetic, positive and enthusiastic team player with strong interpersonal skills and collaborative orientation
- Detail oriented with strong problem-solving and decision making skills
- Self-starter with a high level of initiative and follow-through
- Strong sense of ownership and urgency, organizational and time management skills, ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and consultative skills
- Strong work ethic and integrity
- Ability to work well under tight deadlines and respond to rapidly changing demands and fulfill efficient follow ups
