Job Summary: 

You will be supporting a fast-paced, headquarters-based human resources team. Prepare to be busy because you’ll be performing a wide range of crucial and time-sensitive tasks, ranging from basic facilities duties, running reports to answering team members questions to scheduling our orientation and training programs to name a few. We will also look to you to suggest improvements to our processes so we can be even more effective partners to the business. 

The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of Human Resources as well as general administrative responsibilities. He/She will be able to work autonomously and efficiently to ensure the end-to-end running of HR projects and operations. To succeed in this role, you should be familiar using HR software and tools. Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to the attainment of specific goals and results of the HR department and the organization.

Job Expectations:

  • Facilitating human resources processes
  • Answering employee requests and questions
  • Assisting with new employee hiring processes
  • Assisting with the performance management processes
  • Redirecting HR related calls or distribute correspondence to the appropriate person of the team
  • Plan HR Events
  • Will assist with recruiting duties as needed
  • Liaise with other departments or functions (payroll, benefits etc.)
  • Assist in ad-hoc HR projects, like collection of employee feedback etc
  • Assist with orientations, onboarding and update records with new hires
  • Manage and maintain Facility Management tasks as assigned
  • Maintains files on work orders, proposals and department files
  • Will be the main point of contact on site for all building maintenance and facilities requests, facilitates administration, support, and responding to service calls.
  • Assist in managing our HR Vendor services including ordering, stocking and budgeting
  • Assist Office Coordinator as needed.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Required:

  • Proven experience as an HR coordinator or relevant human resources/administrative position
  • Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices
  • Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS Powerpoint etc)
  • Familiarity with social media
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle data with confidentiality
  • Good organizational and time management skills

Experience Requirements:

2-4 years in related field

Education Requirements: 

Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or a combination of education and equivalent work experience
