HRIS Analyst
System1 is seeking a self-motivated dynamic individual to serve as an HRIS Analyst. In this role you will be responsible for data integrity and reporting of System1’s human capital.
As part of our HR team, this position will play a critical role in System1’s operations while working alongside our exceptional HR and Payroll teams.

What You Can Expect on the Team
- Interpret, analyze, synthesize data
- Create and deliver on going reports to support leadership, identify data inconsistencies and resolve data issues
- Identify and deliver audit procedures and processes to maintain data integrity
- Maintain and enhance daily/weekly/monthly reports and distribute as appropriate after validating results
- Create ad’hoc reports and workforce analytics as requested
- Define new process improvement opportunities and recommendations
- Implement solutions/corrections for all HRIS related maters
- Become a point of contact for ADP to oversee enhancement requests, understand system releases, and provide technical support to System1’s end users
- Ensure optimal functionality of ADP and additional Human Capital systems, such as TrakStar and CompTrak
- Design and deliver government required reporting to include management and accuracy of reported data content
What You Will Bring
- Prior experience with People analytics and HRIS management
- Preferred Location Pacific or Mountain time
- 5 + years of experience
- Bachelor's degree
- HRIP, SHRM-CP, PHR certifications preferred
- HR experience a plus but not required
- Analytical mindset and ability to think outside the box
- Advanced Excel skills
- Detail oriented with strong attention to detail and ability to identifying patterns
- Knowledge of SAP and SaaS system models
- Know how to tell a story using data
- Must be organized and able to juggle multiple schedules
- Excellent communication skills
- An interest in technology and learning about the technology and business of System1
