HR Operations Manager

JOANY is seeking a rockstar HR Operations Manager to support our business objectives by providing expertise and hands-on-support in employee relations, HR compliance, performance management, among others.
What You'll Do
- Manage the development and administration of programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the company
- Partner with management to communicate Human Resources policies, procedures, programs, and laws
- Recommend employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale
- Implement and manage company safety and health programs including tracking HR-related data and filling reports
- Provide competitive market research and prepare studies to help establish pay practices and compensation bands that help to recruit and retain talent
- Provide day-to-day benefits administration services and assist employees with any claim issues
What You'll Bring
- Bachelors Degree in human resources or related area preferred
- 4+ years of human resources experience with demonstrated generalist background
- Expert knowledge of employment laws and practices
- Start-up and/or private company experience highly preferred
- Experience in the administration of benefits and compensation programs and other HR programs
- Excellent interpersonal skills and solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality
