As the HR-Manager, you will have the chance to work side by side to the founders and executive team. An opportunity unparalleled in this space.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recruiting and leadgen for open positions incl. partnerships with universities (hiring)
Build up onboarding process in accordance with Your Super culture (culture building)
Point of contact for all employees incl. organizing team events etc. (HR admin)
Building up systems and process for new hires and existing employees (tools / systems)
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
Previous experience (4-8years) in HR Management and startup culture
Excellent analytical skills, technical and communication skills
Very solution focused and “can do” attitude
Excited to scale a company and work in a small ambitious team
Fluent in English
