HR Generalist - Temporary
Period of Assignment: The assignment will be for six months and begin on July 1.
Description: In the role of temporary HR Generalist, you will be responsible for building, owning, and supporting many People processes and tasks as needed. This position requires an individual that excels in leadership, exercises sound judgment and discretion and is a team player with a superb skill set. These tasks may include, but are not limited to, designing, planning, implementing, and maintaining human resources programs (i.e. Onboarding and Annual Reviews program), policies (i.e. liaison between SG and Matrix, Leave of Absence vendor), and procedures, and any other duties as may be assigned to you by the Company from time to time. This person must exemplify high levels of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality in how they go about their work.

Owns and supports projects for the TH - specifics identified as we get closer to the TDO start. | Ongoing |
Supports leaves administration. Acts as the first point of contact for employees with leave related questions and exercises sound judgment on which questions to resolve themselves or escalate upward among the People team. | Ongoing |
Supports PBPs and People Support team with SGSC ZenDesk tickets and All Voices inquiries as needed | Ongoing |
