You build the teams that build our brand. You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, and Executive Teams to understand company needs, make hiring recommendations, and drive the continual growth of a great organization.
Roles & Responsibilities
- You will collaborate across the company to ensure a positive experience for all involved, especially our candidates
- You'll craft strategies to solve hiring roadblocks as (before) they appear
- You will build pipelines through referrals, sourcing, networking, and market research
- You'll identify and recommend tools and technologies
- You'll represent our company culture with passion and integrity
You Ideally:
- Have experience, preferably in a high growth / startup environment
- Have a passion for technology and mobile communications products
- Have a demonstrable track record as a strategic sourcer
- Are familiar with industry standard tools, protocols, and practices
- Know what it means to build a great company
