Drive the development and retention of Lumi’s current and future people.
Responsibilities
Maintain Lumi’s culture and values
Own all HR related responsibilities and improve for scale
Manage job postings and use of Lumi’s brand and voice
Do initial phone, video, and in-person interviews
Develop systems for employee success and retention
Coordinate all onboarding documents
Maintain company compliance with labor laws
Work closely with team leads on training programs
Work with development team on the technology around performance management and measurable HR data
Lead the charge on company benefits and wellness
Create and implement company wide HR policies
Assist with recruiting needs
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and or MBA in Human Resources or related field. Or 5+ years of equivalent work experience.
Expert understanding of employment law, compensation, benefits, organizational development and training
Outstanding interpersonal, overall communication, and presentations skills
Extremely hands-on and comfortable working in the fast-paced, startup environment
Strong track record of implementing successful, measurable HR processes, technologies, and programs
Strategic thinker, project manager, and problem solver
