Driver Recruiter
The Driver Recruiter is responsible for identifying and sourcing highly qualified company drivers. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a small team environment where they have the opportunity to help develop a driver recruiting process that is repeatable and scalable. This person will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting and retaining company drivers for our drayage, intermodal and OTR divisions.
Qualifications & Skills
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects/tasks in a fast pace, changing environment
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Strong prioritization skills, multi-tasking skills, and works with a sense of urgency
- Passion for technology and continuous improvement
- Knowledge of DOT regulations
- Bachelor's degree preferred and/or equivalent experience (5 years)
