Who Are You: 
We are looking for someone to lead Talent Acquisition and Human Resources.  This person will manage various human resources programs, but most importantly will be responsible for talent acquisition. You will support the lifecycle of the employee, including on-boarding, job changes, promotions, pay changes and separations.  

Some things you will be responsible for:

  • Maintain a consistent, high quality recruitment process, including partnering with leaders to develop job descriptions, determine and prepare interview panelists, facilitation of interview debrief conversations, selection of candidates, and salary negotiations. 
  • Create and execute a recruitment strategy that aligns with our high growth business objectives; tracking performance and regularly communicating activity and results to key stakeholders. 
  • Responsible for supporting employee benefit functions, including managing the enrollment process (open enrollment and new enrollment), and assisting employees with benefit questions. 
  • Oversee federal and state employment regulatory compliance, including EEOC guidelines, OSHA regulations, ADA accommodations, leaves of absence, wage and hour compliance and all others.
  • Payroll: Time tracking, review and submit payroll, review and submit commissions/bonuses. Process company expenses and reimbursements. Assist with accounts payable and receivable. Act as Company Tax liaison. 
  • Employee Relations: conduct employee evaluations, conflict resolution, coordinate employee training, manage employee discipline and separations
  • Implement and enforce policies and procedures, manage benefits, manage benefit vendors, oversee compliance of benefit programs (Health, short & long-term disability, 401K, vision, etc.) 
  • Organize company team-building events. 
  • Maintain and update employee files, lists, etc. 

Some qualifications and skills we need you to have:

  • 5+ years experience working within an HR capacity. PHR certification a plus. 
  • 5+ years successful recruiting, talent acquisition, and interview program development and execution preferably in a high growth, entrepreneurial, technology-focused environment.
  • Experience in employee relations, performance management, benefits, compensation and conflict resolution.
  • Strong problem solving, organizational and analytical skills required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information and communicate with individuals at all levels within the organization.
  • Must be deadline conscious and detail oriented with the ability to self-direct priorities.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Experience working with PEOs, specifically Trinet is a plus.
