We are looking for a senior level leader to own and drive the evolution of our People Programs. You have core HR chops and the ability to think strategically and creatively, while being hands on, driving results and managing the team to excellence. At PatientPop, were growing fast and we move and change at a very fast pace. You need to be excited for the challenge of building and scaling an organization with complex growth challenges which includes streamlining and improving processes, and maturing and evolving our people programs. 


Reporting to the VP of People, you will have strategic and operational oversight for people programs and processes specifically, systems & data, comp & benefits, immigration, policy, process, compliance and employee relations. 

How you will contribute:

  • Build and run the People strategy, HR operations, retention and culture, and liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure best-in-class execution.
  • Seen as a trusted business leader and advisor for leadership, management, and employees.
  • Be a strategic and trusted advisor to the business and participate as a key part of the leadership team.
  • Own and run all key people processes (performance management, compensation, training & development programs, facilities, events, etc). 
  • Coach employees to assist them in their development, career planning and resolving challenges.
  • Foster a culturally rich and diverse workplace.
  • Stay up to date with current employment law and ensure compliance into all we do, including maintaining in depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, and reducing legal risks.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable labor and employment laws and regulations by accurately compiling and submitting data for mandated reporting at the federal, state and local levels

Skills you’ll bring:

  • 8+ years of experience in Human Resources, BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, strong leadership skills and experience managing a team required
  • Experience handling a wide variety of complex employee relations issues
  • Comfortable pushing back on senior leadership and challenging the status quo
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment, ability to deal with ambiguity
  • Ability to handle confidential information and sensitive issues.
  • Proven multi-tasker, independently prioritizing and ensuring all needs are met. You keep calm even when there’s a lot to do.
  • Ability to connect well with employees and understand their needs. You must have strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
