Director, Human Resources
Responsibilities
•Work closely with HR leadership from Fandango, Film and International support teams to be sure local HR strategy aligns with global business unit HR priorities.
•Provide the operational HR support for the business pulling in support from HR functional experts as required. Ensure employees experience seamless HR processes and support.
•Coach, develop and challenge the management team on the execution of business priorities and on people leadership.
•Focus on identification, selection, and retention of world-class talent to ensure a dynamic pipeline of talent, working closely with the talent acquisition team.
•Provide leadership, direction and expertise for the full scope of Ingresso HR functions including: employee relations, compensation, employee experience, engagement and organizational change.
Qualifications/Requirements
The Director, Human Resources, Ingresso will provide HR leadership for our fully owned subsidiary Ingresso. The Director, Human Resources will ensure the smooth running of the day to day employee processes and serve as business partner to Ingresso senior management. The role will require working closely with the Fandango HR Leaders, specialist HR teams and local management to achieve results and genuinely influence change. The success measures for this role are connected to delivery of the people agenda in line with strategic business priorities in order to develop a successful HR platform for an agile business operation.
The Director will drive excellence, expertise, consistency and efficiency through solutions that deliver HR operational excellence in line with business expectations.
