How you will contribute?
Talent Acquisition is the face of PatientPop's employment brand. We take that responsibility seriously knowing that we are charged with finding the best and brightest. As an integral part of the recruiting team you will not only source, identify, engage, assess, and close candidates but you will work with leaders across the organization and be instrumental in helping them strategize, build and scale the teams they need to have highly functioning organizations.We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience in a recruiting agency with some corporate experience is ideal.
- Is flexible and eager to assist in recruiting a variety or roles including sales, customer support, operations and shared services.
- Strives to become a trusted business partner and can provide examples of the times they’ve done so successfully.
- Experience hitting or exceeding performance goals consistently.
- Has unstoppable self motivation and approaches challenges head on with a "can do" attitude.
- Is comfortable pushing back in the appropriate moments as needed.
- Continuously asks for more responsibility and brings ideas to the table
- Desires to not only seek out the best talent but also assist in establishing recruiting best practices and processes

You will establish relationships with our leaders, become immersed in our culture, learn the structure of the organization and our plans for growth. You will be committed to developing your skills with our recruiting tools, building a talent pipeline for current and upcoming needs and begin to strategize on new profiles and places to identify talent. At the end of the first 90 you will become immersed in project ownership and will begin to contribute to process improvements that increase efficiency and candidate satisfaction.
