In this role, you will be responsible for the full-cycle recruiting operations from opening requisitions in partnership with hiring managers to attracting, sourcing and extending offers to qualified candidates. You will align with G&A, Sales and Marketing roles. You will also be expected to partner with leaders in each of the organizations to develop sourcing and recruiting strategies.
The Role:
To be considered for this temporary role, you must have experience in full life cycle recruiting in a technology environment. The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for the following:
Responsibilities
- Manage intake sessions with hiring managers to align around role requirements, sourcing and interview strategies tailored to meet client needs
- Manage various job boards, networking sites and social media to attract, screen and present the most qualified diverse candidates
- Build strong working relationships with hiring managers to iterate on the recruiting process from requisition kickoff through candidate close
- Work closely with recruiting coordinator to ensure positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process
- Provide continuous feedback on requisition status, sourcing strategy and candidate management to hiring leaders
Your Experience/Skills
- Qualified candidates will possess minimum 3 years experience recruiting in a fast-paced organization
- Background must indicate a desire for fast-paced recruiting and learning sourcing skills
- Experience with ATS systems (Lever a plus)
- Comfortability with handling several different openings across various departments in unison.Build talent pools through sourcing with tools such as LinkedIn, AngelList and other niche recruiting sites
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Provide weekly updates on requisition status and design strategies to resolve hard to fill openings
