As a Business Systems Specialist, HRIS, you’ll support the ongoing maintenance of Procore HR Systems, including testing, training, documentation, reporting, and day-to-day end-user support. As a part of our Business Systems team, you’ll ensure systems are functioning as expected and help identify and create improvements in systems architecture.

As a successful Business Systems Specialist, HRIS, you have excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused drive. You’ll work with individuals of all levels across a wide variety of operational, functional, and technical disciplines, but also work independently to resolve issues. Your goal is timely resolution and closing of tickets submitted by business stakeholders and support with strategic system projects including scoping, implementation, testing, and roll out.

What you’ll do:

• Provide day-to-day end-user support by resolving and categorizing support requests for all HR systems, including Workday, ADP, Cornerstone, Greenhouse, and others
• Build reports and dashboards for use across the company
• Participate in security and compliance initiatives
• Assist in project scoping, implementation, testing, and roll-out, including creating documentation and/or training where necessary
• Identify areas of opportunity for process improvements to increase efficiencies and ensure reliability
• Maintain accurate and consistent metadata across all business systems
• Work with IT to administer licensing & permissions and maintain security matrix of roles & permissions

What we’re looking for:

• 1-year experience using an HR-focused system a plus
• Experience with a ticket/task tracking system like JIRA
• Ability to triage issues as they come in and escalate where necessary
• Experience with data management, cleaning, and de-duplication
• Ability to work independently, estimate the time for tasks to meet deadlines set by those estimates; ability to quickly and effectively prioritize multiple requests, keeping the company’s strategic goals in mind
• The desire to learn about the end-to-end processes to ensure continuous system and process improvement
• A genuine desire to help others and participate in a team environment across
