The role we are offering you: 
 

 As an HR Technology Senior Analyst, you will support Human Resources projects related to new technologies and system upgrades. You will work closely with project managers and other experts to deliver solutions that align with the organization's HR strategy. Key responsibilities include:  

 

What will your typical day look like? 

  • Lead and architect end-to-end Workday implementations and post-production optimizations. 

  • Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, transforming them into system design solutions. 

  • Excellent understanding of Workday HCM Solution  

  • Excellent customer focus, able to assess customer needs, build relationships and manage customer expectations. 

  • Provide expert-level guidance on Workday functionality across various modules, ensuring efficient configuration and integration. 

  • Troubleshoot complex issues and design scalable, long-term solutions for system enhancements. 

  • Mentor and guide junior team members and client teams through best practices and Workday system knowledge. 

 
Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Hands-on experience configuring complex client requirements in the solution. 

  • Leading client discussions – requirements gathering, user stories/test scenario creation, solution configuration, lead/support testing and provide documentation on implemented solution.

  • Excellent understanding of the end-to-end Workday solutions 

  • Deliver quality services. Value and model excellent client service by establishing goals and implementation plans to achieve high quality deliverables within expected timeframes. Monitor progress, manage risk, and confirm key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes. 

  • Ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions. 

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and technology requirements. Identify areas where technology can drive improvements and efficiencies. 

  • Continuously monitor the performance of implemented solutions to identify areas for improvement or optimization. Provide recommendations for updates, upgrades, or modifications as needed. 

 

Our ideal candidate has: 

  • More than 5 years in HRIS administration, system improvements, project management, or business analysis roles.   

  • Proficiency in HR systems like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM, along with advanced Excel capabilities.   

  • Demonstrated success in managing projects, from planning to execution, with a focus on system improvements.   

  • Ability to identify optimization opportunities and deliver innovative solutions. 

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with both internal HR stakeholders and clients, as well as with global technology teams.
