Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to partner with the Project Director of Transitions within our Global Occupier Services (GOS) business. This role will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless integration of new business initiatives into our culture and infrastructure. The Project Manager will collaborate closely with GOS People leaders, Centers of Excellence (COE) partners, and transition/acquisition leaders to drive successful transitions, with a strong focus on incumbent engagement, interviews, offers, and onboarding coordination with HR Operations.Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage transition projects across multiple geographies and service lines.
- Partner with GOS People leaders and COE teams, specifically TA, to align transition strategies with organizational goals.
- Coordinate incumbent engagement activities including interviews, offers, and onboarding processes.
- Collaborate with HR Operations to ensure a smooth and timely onboarding experience.
- Track and report on project milestones, risks, and deliverables.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure cultural alignment and operational readiness.
- Strong organizational and deadline driven activities
- Maintain detailed documentation and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field required.
- Experience:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience managing complex HR-related projects.
- Minimum 3+ years in the commercial real estate industry
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume workloads and shifting priorities.
- Experience working across multiple regions and business units.
- Strong influencing skills and ability to lead without direct authority.
Preferred Attributes:
- Experience with change management methodologies.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and onboarding platforms.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
