Job Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
  • Documentation of current workflows within the systems we manage
  • Creation of job aids that walk through system clicks step by step
  • Documentation of future state workflows in new tools or for future rollouts/enhancements
  • Building and managing enhancement note and communication tracking
  • Helping to manage enhancements in our ticketing system in partnership and collaboration with Product Managers
  • Manage smaller applications and technology platforms, acting as a junior Product Manager
  • Analyze product data and user behavior to identify trends, opportunities, and help to inform product decisions

Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, or Engineering) or equivalent practical experience
  • 2+ years of experience in an Analyst, Business Intelligence, or Product-focused role, with proven experience supporting technical projects and systems
Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write reports, business correspondence, procedure documents, and communicate technical messages to non-technical audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve results when working with ambiguous scopes and constantly changing priorities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, or visualization platforms) and experience with product ticketing systems (e.g., JIRA or ServiceNow).
  • A detail-oriented approach to documentation and a commitment to creating high-quality instructional materials (e.g. process mapping, job aids, etc)

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $83,160.00/Year - $118,800.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
