Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy HR professional to manage, optimize, and maintain our HR performance management systems—primarily Lattice—and provide support across HR operations. This role ensures our performance management tools are aligned with business goals and are functioning at peak efficiency. The ideal candidate will bring a solid background in HRIS, experience with performance management platforms, and a deep understanding of core HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Performance Management Process
- In partnership with HRBPs, coordinate and administer performance review cycles.
- Coordinate review cycle launches and ensure compliance at each stage.
- Assist with scheduling, creating agendas and facilitating talent review meetings.
2. System Administration
- Administer and manage performance management platform (Lattice), including configuration and ongoing system health monitoring.
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with vendors as needed.
- Implement and test system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
- Uphold data privacy and security standards across HR systems.
- Regularly audit user access and system permissions.
3. Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity within the performance system.
- Generate and analyze reports on performance trends, goals and development metrics.
- Prepare and analyze HR metrics for internal and external reporting needs (both in UKG and Lattice).
- Partner with HR leadership to translate data into actionable insights.
4. User Support & Training
- Serve as the primary contact for system support and performance process inquiries.
- Develop and deliver training, maintain documentation and resources for system users.
- Maintain Performance Management internal site.
5. Process Optimization
- Collaborate with HR partners to enhance and streamline performance management and day-to-day operational processes.
- Identify automation opportunities and recommend system improvements.
- Ensure smooth integration with other HR platforms (e.g., HRIS, talent or learning management systems).
6. Project Management
- Lead or support system implementations, enhancements, and integration projects.
- Work cross-functionally with IT and other teams to ensure project success.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables.
7. Employee Lifecyle & Operations Support
- Provide backup for onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation and exit interviews.
- Maintain accurate records for personnel changes (e.g., hires, terminations, FWAs, PAFs, compensation updates).
- Support HR initiatives and company-wide programs, both large-scale and ad hoc.
- Assist with general HR administrative tasks and special projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ yrs in HR; with 3+ years in performance systems administration (Lattice required).
- In-depth knowledge of HR processes, performance management methodologies, and relevant software applications.
- Proficient in HRIS platforms (e.g., UKG preferred).
- Strong analytical skills and proficient in working with data reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar).
- Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Outlook
- Demonstrated experience with creating professional and comprehensive presentations and spreadsheets.
- Evidence of an effective team player that is flexible, motivated and participates in all HR initiatives.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff and management.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with HRIS system integrations and project management.
- Familiarity with performance management best practices and industry trends.
- Certification in HR technology or systems administration is a plus.
