Job Description SummaryIn this role, you will be responsible for executing on multiple HR processes and working with HR team across all HR service categories including support on Employee comprehensive query about local regulations and internal HR policy as well as onboarding, offboarding, payroll related support. Develop an in-depth, wing-to-wing knowledge of company HR operations systems & processes.
This role requires emphasis on data integrity and analysis to support key HR decisions while providing coverage and support as needed. Promote “Best in Class” service while developing effective relationships and working cross functionally with internal teams and suppliers.Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Address employee HR-related queries with accuracy and professionalism.

  • Ensure adherence to Japanese HR policies and labor laws.

  • Handle payroll-related tasks, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

  • Collaborate with HR Manager to enhance processes and implement best practices.

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.

  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes.

  • Assist in the development and execution of HR initiatives and programs.

  • Communicate effectively in both English and Japanese with internal and external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant HR and payroll experience in Japan.

  • Comprehensive understanding of Japanese HR policies and labor laws.

  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is essential.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in HR or payroll management.

  • Experience in a multinational corporation or similar environment.

  • Familiarity with HR software and systems.
