Hours - Monday through Friday - 8am - 5pm - PST
Hourly pay rate range - $25.00 - $28.00 hourly pay rate to start. Depending on related experience.
Essential Functions include, but are not limited to the following:*
Assist in the submission and tracking of insurance applications for client’s yearly insurance program renewals to ensure that proper coverage is in place.
Administer, maintain and track Certificates of Insurance (COI).
Audit, track, and verifies insurance billing invoices for accuracy and works in conjunction with the Accounts Payable Department to ensure timely payment.
Process compensation changes relating to performance reviews, merit increases, and market adjustments; calculate rates and enter changes into Workday.
Act as initial point of contact for helpdesk tickets regarding insurance/risk, compensation, and credentialing.
Assists with all aspects of general office support tasks, scheduling meetings and debriefs, filing and saving documents, and other clerical duties.
Assist with audits relating to compensation, credentialing, and risk.
Assists management in multiple projects, as needed.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
Excellent organizational, time management skills and the ability to problem solve are essential.
Maintains positive and proactive communication with clients, various department’s leadership and staff members.
Demonstrated success in building productive working relationships.
Ability to adapt to changing demands and priorities, and open to innovative ideas.
Ability to receive, comprehend and communicate information and ideas clearly.
Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Software and Google Suite.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Extensive administrative experience required, with demonstrated attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
Risk Management, HR or Accounting experience preferred.
