About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will serve as a strategic partner to leadership and a trusted resource for employees, fostering a high-performance and inclusive culture.

Key Responsibilities - 

- HR Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy
Partner with leadership to align workforce planning and talent management goals
- Employee Relations & Engagement
Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, resolving conflicts and managing disciplinary processes
Foster a culture of feedback, transparency, and continuous improvement
Implement employee engagement and recognition programs
- Performance Management
Oversee the performance review cycle, including goal-setting, feedback, and development planning
Support managers in addressing performance concerns and coaching employees
- Compliance & Policy Management
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws
Maintain and update HR policies, employee handbook, and internal documentation
- Compensation & Benefits
Administer compensation plans and benefit programs
Benchmark salary and benefits to stay competitive in the market
- Learning & Development
Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs
Support career development and internal mobility
- HR Operations & Systems
Manage HR systems (HRIS), personnel files, and data reporting
Track HR metrics and generate reports for leadership


Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or HR certification preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment law
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with HRIS and data-driven decision-making
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion

Nice to Have
- Experience in Tech
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification
- Experience scaling HR practices in a fast-growing organization
