About the role
This internship puts you inside a people-first Talent team — supporting real work across recruiting, HR operations, onboarding, and culture. You'll contribute to meaningful projects, build foundational HR skills, and get a close look at how a growing tech company takes care of its people. You'll report to the Senior Director of Recruiting or the SVP of People and
work closely with teammates across the Talent team and the broader business.
What you'll do
- Support interview coordination between candidates and hiring managers, keeping the candidate experience respectful and smooth
- Assist with onboarding logistics and benefits-related tasks that help new team members feel welcomed from day one
- Partner with the Daxko Culture Committee to help plan events and activities that bring people together
- Provide administrative support to our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Committee
- Contribute to intern projects focused on improving Talent team processes
- Ask good questions, learn fast, and bring your perspective to the work
What you'll bring
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program (HR, Business, or related field preferred)
- Genuine care for people, inclusion, and creating spaces where everyone belongs
- Clear, comfortable communication with a variety of people and personalities
- Comfort with everyday tools like Microsoft Office, Slack, Zoom, and social media platforms
- Availability to work approximately 20-25 hours per week (flexible scheduling)

Where you fall within the compensation range is based on how you demonstrate the skills and competencies needed for the role. We typically reserve the upper half of our compensation bands for team members who have grown within Daxko. In addition to base salary, some roles may be eligible for bonuses, commissions, or other performance-based incentives. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, recognition programs, and plenty of opportunities to grow your career with us.
The pay range for this role is $15 – $15 per hour.
