Position Overview
The HR Generalist will handle various HR functions, including recruiting, onboarding, policy enforcement, and employee relations, ensuring that HR practices align with company goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruiting & Onboarding: Manage recruitment and onboarding for new employees.
- Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and help resolve workplace issues.
- Compliance: Ensure HR policies are compliant with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Training & Development: Assist with training programs and employee development initiatives.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in HR or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with HR software (e.g., ADP, BambooHR).
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $32+ per hour (depending on experience).
