Job Title: HR Enablement Lead

Job Location: United States, Remote

This is a fully remote opportunity and can be worked from any location in the United States.

ABOUT THE COMPANY:

Salesloft is building the next era of enterprise revenue — one where teams make confident decisions powered by AI and real signals. By combining our scale, insights, and AI innovation, we're building the industry's first Predictive Revenue System, enabling humans and AI to work together to make smarter decisions and drive consistent growth.

With thousands of customers using our platforms every day, we have an unmatched view into how revenue is actually won — the Revenue Context that reveals what happens, when, and with what outcome. This gives us a unique opportunity to transform an entire category and set a new benchmark for how modern revenue teams operate.

Join us to help transform how companies around the world run revenue — and build the platform that will guide leading revenue teams into the future.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

At Salesloft, as our HR Enablement Lead, you will be a pivotal member of our high-performing People team. Reporting to [manager, confirm], you will own the creation of learning programs and lead high-impact enablement workshops from beginning to end, and you will help build a cohesive, seamless learning journey for our global workforce. You'll have designated programs that you own end to end, from conception through execution, with hands-on support from leadership as the team builds out its capabilities together.

You'll work closely with our People Business Partners, our Associate People Business Partner, and an L&D coordinator who supports the learning platform and content production. Together you will ramp front-line managers faster, equip the People team with the playbooks and training it needs, and make learning part of how the business runs. This role moves beyond administrative operations to focus on strategic partnership and the integration of AI to empower our people.

On a day-to-day basis, you will:

  • Own program lifecycles. Oversee end-to-end program lifecycles, including planning, development, delivery, and assessment.
  • Create and lead workshops. Design and facilitate creative, robust enablement workshops and learning solutions for employees at all levels.
  • Partner with People Business Partners. Work directly with People Business Partners to identify and align on specific talent gaps, and build solutions that fit what each business needs.
  • Ramp front-line managers. Build and run manager and leadership programs, working with the PBPs, so new and developing managers can coach, handle performance conversations, and lead with confidence.
  • Own onboarding and new-hire enablement. Create a consistent, practical onboarding experience that gets new employees productive faster.
  • Enable the People team. Build playbooks, training and job aids for PBPs and Shared Services on topics such as calibration, employee relations and change management.
  • Shape the learning architecture. Help architect a system of learning that is cohesive and provides a seamless journey for employees at all levels.
  • Innovate with AI. Experiment with and implement AI-powered tools to automate workflows, personalize curriculum creation, and continuously invest in AI for workforce enablement.
  • Drive business execution. Develop tailored strategies to address performance gaps, with clear objectives, development plans, and accountability measures, and make sure all programming aligns with near-term and long-term goals.
  • Run the learning platform. Own the LMS and content library, working with the L&D coordinator on administration, scheduling and production.
  • Analyze and interpret. Use data to identify trends, monitor program completions and impact, and provide actionable insights that inform future learning strategy.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are seeking a strategic, results-driven partner who moves beyond operations to become a true consultant to the business. You are someone who understands how individual success drives company-wide goals and can build robust learning solutions that reflect the pragmatic needs of a fast-growing organization. You are comfortable embedding with the business and the People team. You build as well as plan: you ship programs, not just roadmaps, and you are equally at home designing a strategy and running the session. You care about proving that what you build works.

THE SKILL SET:

  • 5+ years of combined experience in learning and development, enablement, organizational development, HR, or a related field, ideally in a technology-driven environment.
  • Workshop facilitation: Proven ability to lead engaging enablement workshops across a variety of formats (live, in-person, or remote).
  • Manager and onboarding programs: Experience designing and delivering manager development and onboarding programs.
  • Instructional innovation: Proven ability to experiment with emerging learning technologies, creative modalities, and unconventional approaches that push beyond traditional training while applying adult learning principles.
  • Strategic partnership: Skilled at building trust and credibility with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • AI and technical aptitude: Experience leveraging AI to automate workflows, analyze insights, or create curriculum; aptitude for maintaining learning technology systems.
  • Systems thinking: Strong business acumen to understand how learning initiatives impact the broader organization and culture.
  • Program ownership: Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to work independently to see a program from concept to delivery.
  • Hands-on execution: A track record of shipping programs and learning assets on a deadline, from design through delivery.
  • Communication and influence: Effective communication skills to present findings and influence diverse audiences across many company levels.
  • Instructional design: Strong foundation in instructional design methodologies and frameworks, with experience developing structured curriculum and learning objectives across diverse subject matters.
  • Measurement: Experience measuring program impact and reporting results to leaders.

At Salesloft, we are committed to creating an inclusive and supportive workplace where everyone belongs and can thrive. We focus on culture add, not culture fit, and believe our teams are made stronger by the unique perspectives, experiences, and identities each person brings.

We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and provide employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, pregnancy, or any other characteristic protected by law.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
