JOB DESCRIPTION

ABOUT THE ROLE

Fox is seeking a strategic and experienced Director of Human Resources to join our HR team. This individual will provide comprehensive HR support to both Technology and Finance groups, serving as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and a key driver of people strategy, engagement, and organizational design.

This individual contributor role involves collaboration across multiple business and HR functions, especially during periods of business growth, structural change, and team integration. The Director will work closely with internal Centers of Excellence including Compensation, HR Operations, Benefits, Recruiting, Learning & Development, and Legal, and will report to the SVP, HR.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders in Technology and Finance on workforce planning, team structure, and talent strategy

  • Drive employee experience initiatives that promote engagement, and operational excellence

  • Lead talent management cycles in partnership with Compensation

  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Compensation on hiring strategy and offer calibration

  • Manage employee relations in partnership with Legal and HR leadership

  • Continuously assess business needs and recommend scalable HR solutions and programs

  • Use data-driven insights to inform talent decisions and drive continuous improvement in HR practices

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including time spent in fast-paced or scaling organizations

  • Demonstrated success advising senior leaders through times of organizational change or transformation

  • Deep understanding of the employee lifecycle and ability to drive people programs from concept to execution

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to shape decisions and narratives

  • Proven collaboration skills with stakeholders across multiple teams and functions

  • Excellent judgment, communication, and project management abilities

  • Comfortable operating both strategically and tactically

NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER

  • Experience supporting tech or digital media organizations

  • Familiarity with HR systems, tools, and analytics platforms

  • Exposure to organizational design, change management, or cultural integration work

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $128,000.00-170,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
