As a HR Data Analyst at Motive, you'll drive operational insights, master data expertise, and deliver solutions directly to the senior leadership team. You'll identify processes, programs, or capabilities that could benefit from automation, process improvements, or re-engineering for all compensation programs across Motive. You'll be instrumental in promoting operational and organizational optimization across the company, focusing on Compensation Programs.
This position reports to the Director of Total Rewards.
- Lead market data analysis through research of industry compensation trends and market surveys including Radford and other high tech data sources
- Participate in annual survey submissions and lead the annual benchmarking process for all broad-based roles by comparing compensation against industry peers to advise decision making
- Apply your expertise in data analysis to study insights and summarize in the form of presentations and dashboards that will be shared with business leaders and HRBPs.
- Build models and conduct analyses related to compensation programs, leveraging data to inform, influence, support, and execute business decisions.
- Support the implementation of ongoing compensation programs and tools; provide leaders with insights to guide sound compensation decisions.
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of reported data.
- 3+ years of experience in technology industry, compensation, consulting, finance or a similarly applicable field
- Efficiency in Google Sheets/Excel, including experience building analyses and models
- Knowledge in relational databases, SQL, Tableau
- Knowledge of industry trends and developments in compensation
- Project management skills to drive small to midsize projects from inception to delivery
- BS/BA in Economics, Finance, or related experience
