Job Summary
The HR Coordinator supports Human Resources processes including sourcing efforts, onboarding, fielding workplace
policy inquiries, personnel file audits, and enforcement of workplace policy. The incumbent will report to the Administrative Manager.

Schedule Details

  • On-Site, Laguna Hills, CA 
  • Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordination to collect proper new hire documents, separations, and processing of manual checks.
  • Provide team members assistance with benefit enrollment, changes, plan benefits inquiries.
  • Assist in personnel file audits and maintenance of all records and filing of records.
  • Provide support in inter-office mail delivery and supply request and delivery.
  • Payroll processing, conducting wage and meal rest period and hour audits.
  • Assist in sourcing, screening, background checks, interviewing and orientation.
  • Assist with talent retention and training strategies.
  • Researching and applying applicable laws and regulations to provide advice and guidance to employees.'
  • Enforces workplace policies, rules, and regulations.'
  • Assists with terminations, resignations, and offboarding.
  • Manage the internal HRIS system requests.
  • Assist with benefits eligibility reports and ongoing enrollment notifications.
  • Provide support to AmeriPharma supervisors and Managers.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and be flexible
  • Good organizational skills and detail oriented
  • Intermediate typing/keyboarding skills
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English Preferred Qualifications

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of HR experience or similar role
  • High School Diploma or Equivalency

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now or TotalSource preferred
  • Experience with Paychex Flex preferred
  • Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
