Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and coordinate various HR programs and initiatives, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, training and development, benefits administration, and employee relations.
  • Support the SSC department in collecting HR records, such as employee files.
  • Assist with job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates.
  • Prepare and distribute new hire paperwork, and conduct new employee orientation.
  • Assist in coordinating employee training and development activities.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and programs.
  • Coordinate and administer the employee performance review process.
  • Assist in creating and updating HR policies and procedures.
  • Support the HR team in various HR projects and initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in an HR coordinator or related role.
  • Fluent written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
