Job Summary

 

The HR Coordinator plays a key role in supporting employee experience programs and HR operations across the organization. This position coordinates onboarding activities, company meetings and events, learning and development programs, and day-to-day HR administrative processes. The coordinator partners closely with employees, leaders, and cross-functional teams to ensure programs are executed efficiently and employees have a positive experience throughout their journey at SiTime.


The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.

 

Responsibilities:

Employee Experience & Program Coordination

  • Support the delivery of employee experience programs, onboarding activities, and company-wide events
  • Coordinate logistics, communications, scheduling, and materials for employee and leadership programs
  • Partner with leaders and stakeholders to ensure programs are executed smoothly and effectively

 

Learning & Development Support

  • Coordinate training programs, workshops, and development initiatives
  • Manage program logistics, communications, and tracking of participation and outcomes
  • Support the successful delivery of learning experiences for employees and managers

 

Project & Team Support

  • Provide coordination and administrative support for HR projects and initiatives
  • Partner across functions to ensure timely execution of deliverables and follow-up activities
  • Support ad hoc projects and evolving business needs as they arise

 

Qualifications & Requirements: 

  • 3–5 years of experience in HR coordination, HR operations, program coordination, or administrative support
  • Strong organizational, project coordination, and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Experience working with HR systems, Microsoft Office applications, and collaboration tools
  • Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion

Compensation Range:

 

At SiTime, we believe great work deserves great rewards. We offer a comprehensive and highly competitive compensation package designed to attract top talent. 


The annual base salary range for this role is $66,600 - $87,890. The final offer is determined by factors such as location, experience, education, and training. 


In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a quarterly bonus tied to the achievement of innovation goals—reflecting our commitment to recognizing meaningful impact. We also offer equity grants, providing a meaningful opportunity to share in the company’s future growth and success.
