We enjoy working with people who think “outside the box” and are always interested in process improvement. You will be directly interacting with team members to answer general questions relating to attendance, general benefits, time off requests, employee meat orders, and other. Position details for HR Coordinator/Compliance are listed below.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Daily attendance callouts reporting for operations.

  • Administering attendance points and attendance write-ups.

  • Responding to EDD unemployment claims

  • Process facility terms and coordinate with payroll

  • Manage the work authorization expirations process

  • Maintain team member electronic personnel forms and files.

  • Personnel records management within HRIS (Paycom)

  • Perform a variety of administrative duties associated with employee services, data entry, filing, scanning and employee records.

  • Participate in department employee experience activities.

  • Answer phones, take care of HR lobby and issue personnel badges for entry.

  • Support the HR front desk rotation

  • Answering general inquiries from hourly staff and management








  • Other duties as assigned to support overall department and special projects.

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS:

  • MUST be bilingual in Spanish and English (Speaking/Writing/Reading)

  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience within an HR Department in a similar role.

  • Attendance administration experience

  • Compliance experience

  • CA Leaves Laws

  • Must have strong Excel experience in creating and using pivot tables, Vlookup’s, and or matching.

  • Excellent communication skills and professionalism in handling confidential information

  • Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadlines.

  • Knowledge of HR policies and best practices

  • Prior Paycom experience is a plus but not required.

Monday to Friday 5:00am to 1:30pm
