Work Arrangement:
This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to Warren Tech Center three times per week, at minimum.
The Role:
The Global Product Development (GPD) HR team is seeking a highly motivated change agent to join our team. As a member of the team, you will proactively partner with the business to quickly develop technical acumen and add value through workface planning, succession and progression development, talent attraction and retention, performance and change management.
Responsibilities:
  • Promote positive employee relations through identifying trends, evaluating data and anecdotes, and leveraging employee feedback.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders by providing direction on business function's transformation efforts, organizational design and succession planning.
  • Support leaders in forecasting and planning their talent pipeline requirements in line with the functions strategy and people cost targets.
  • Help drive the overall HR organizational key results including a focus on high performance culture.
  • Facilitate senior leader Human Resource Management (HRM) meetings utilizing a data driven approach.
  • Act as strategic HR advisor. Coach, counsel and guide senior leaders and managers before executing employee disciplinary actions including performance improvement discussions.
  • Partner with HR COE's to reach business results (talent acquisition, training and development, compensation, employee listening, benefits, etc.)

Additional Description
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related discipline
  • 2+ years' experience in core HR support role or COE
  • Strong interpersonal skills in facilitation, partnership and conflict resolution
  • Managerial courage demonstrated through effective, direct, and respectful communication
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information is maintained
  • Must be proficient in use of HR systems (Workday, Workforce360, Cognos)
  • Excellent computer skills, including advanced use of Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience managing leaves of absence, including FMLA, Short term Disability, Long term Disability, International Assignments, compensation programs

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Highly proficient in Workday
  • Master's degree preferred
