About the Role:

We are seeking an Employee Relations Partner to support our managers, employees, Employment Legal and HRBP’s across EMEA. Working closely with key stakeholders to focus on providing proactive (education and prevention) and reactive (performance management and organizational change) support, as well as help drive positive employee engagement by providing guidance and recommendations to resolve employee concerns. This role will also have responsibility for implementing CSE process, structure and compliance in France. You will have the opportunity to review, refine, and build CrowdStrike’s Performance Management processes and will play a key part in shaping its work and practices. By providing input into how we capture and analyse data to identify the root causes of ER issues, and drive proactive performance management initiatives. 

This role requires a strong attention to detail, exceptional interpersonal skills, strong negotiating and counseling skills. You will have the ability to multi-task, work under pressure and maintain the highest level of integrity. The successful candidate will also be a creative problem-solver, able to pivot and change direction confidently to meet the needs of the business and be recognized as a trusted advisor through in-depth knowledge of HR policies and procedures and employment legislation.

What You’ll Do: 

  • Collaborate with HRBP team and ER COE to review, refine, and ensure alignment with CrowdStrike’s Performance Management processes, including contributing to the implementation of case tracking to provide meaningful insights that enable leaders to address performance issues early

  • Support ongoing proactive performance management initiatives and assist HRBP’s and business leaders in the execution of performance feedback and performance improvement plans

  • Partner with HRBPs to deliver performance management training on an ongoing basis

  • Communicate and counsel employees to resolve issues

  • Conduct prompt and thorough investigations into sensitive employee relations issues, and make objective recommendations based on findings.

  • Foster effective relationships with HR teams, business leaders, and Employment Legal

  • Coach HRBPs and managers on how to appropriately manage and resolve moderately complex ER issues

  • Partner with team members to communicate and educate on policies, procedures, and compliance

  • Assist HR team and business leaders with restructuring, redeployment and redundancy matters

  • Review and update policies and procedures relating to Conduct, Disciplinary, Grievance and Performance procedures as required.

  • Identify trends using data-driven insights and provide recommendations for improvement

  • Champion a strong continuous improvement culture to ensure the deployment of scalable, simplified and standardized processes

  • Participate in team projects as needed

What You’ll Need: 

  • Demonstrated excellence in working effectively in a team environment and providing a high level of customer service

  • Open, transparent leadership style with a strength in developing trust, rapport and alignment across the organization 

  • Excellent communication skills, proven track record of building strong collaborative relationships with stakeholders at all levels

  • High emotional intelligence, as demonstrated by maintaining respect and empathy when confronted with difficult and uncomfortable situations

  • Sound judgment, high integrity and the ability to handle complex, highly sensitive and confidential information 

  • Ability to navigate ambiguity within a fast-paced and changing environment

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work independently 

  • Proactive and continuous improvement mindset

  • Relevant work experience in performance management, ER, employment law, and/or HRBP experience 

  • Solid understanding of employment law in France.

  • Experience and deep knowledge of CSE requirements, in France

  • Experience building and scaling performance management processes.

  • Foundational knowledge of data collection, integrity, and analysis

  • Experience collaborating with an international cross-functional team.

  • Prior experience in a growing, face-paced software organization preferred 

Bonus Points: 

  • Experience supporting with strong knowledge of local employment legislation, cultural practices, and ER frameworks

  • Experience in a tech, cybersecurity, or SaaS organization, particularly during periods of rapid scale and change

  • Legal background or postgraduate qualifications in employment law, HR management, or industrial relations

  • Certification in Coaching, Mediation, or Conflict Resolution practices
