Your Role:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to provide comprehensive HR support to designated business groups. This role operates as an trusted advisor to business leaders, driving people strategies that align with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will bring deep HR expertise, strong business acumen, and the ability to independently lead key HR initiatives that foster a high-performance and inclusive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the HR point of contact for assigned business units, providing strategic and operational HR support across all areas of the employee lifecycle
- Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, organization design, talent management, and team development initiatives
- Lead and manage employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent resolution aligned with company policies and employment laws
- Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and coaching, to promote a culture of accountability and growth
- Deliver HR programs such as talent reviews, employee engagement initiatives, and career development planning
- Use data and analytics to provide insights and support evidence-based decision making for workforce and organizational effectiveness
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (C&B, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development) to implement HR solutions that meet business needs
- Champion company values and support the development of a positive, diverse, and inclusive workplace culture
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with proven success in a business partner or generalist role
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and employee relations practices
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and build effective relationships with all levels of the organization
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coaching skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with HRIS platforms
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience supporting business groups in a fast-paced, high-growth, or matrixed organization
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic insights
Annual Salary Range:
($105,000 - $120,000 DOE), plus benefits and incentive plans
