We are looking for a high-octane Sr. HR Business Partner Manager to support our Americas (AMS) Sales and Marketing teams. You will be the strategic architect helping our Go-To-Market (GTM) leaders build, scale, and reward the teams driving our global revenue.
The Role
You will serve as the primary HR strategist for our AMS Sales and Marketing organizations. This is a high-visibility role where you will align people strategy with aggressive commercial objectives, ensuring our GTM organization is agile, high-performing, and built to win.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- GTM Strategic Advisory: Act as the lead HR consultant for Sales and Marketing, providing guidance that turns business objectives into organizational reality.
- Revenue Synergy: Partner with Finance and Revenue Operations to analyze how territory design impacts talent and incentive planning.
- Agile Talent Strategy: Lead HR interventions in organizational design, especially during re-orgs, new market entries, and shifts in sales motions.
- Performance & Quota Alignment: Drive the end-to-end pay and performance program, ensuring sales cycles and quota periods are supported by equitable pay decisions and clear goal setting.
- Collaborative Growth: Work with Learning & Development to build the next generation of sales leaders and with Talent Acquisition for sophisticated workforce planning.
- Data-Driven Insights: Utilize HR metrics and engagement data to proactively address talent trends and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Managerial Coaching: Provide expert support to managers on complex employee relations and conflict resolution in a fast-paced environment.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business; SHRM or HRCI certification preferred.
- GTM Expertise: 8+ years of progressive HR experience, specifically supporting high-growth Sales and Marketing (Go-to-Market) teams.
- Change Leadership: Proven experience managing re-orgs, incentive plan changes, and new market entries.
- Analytical Precision: Highly analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data to drive insights and recommendations.
- Business Acumen: Strong ability to influence stakeholders across all levels and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Global Mindset: Experience working with global teams across multiple time zones.
Logistics
Location: El Segundo, CA.
Hybrid Presence: Minimum 3 days in office, with more frequent attendance for critical in-person meetings.
