Job Summary:
As the HR Application Support Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of multiple Human Resource (HR) related applications. This role will be responsible for analyzing system
issues and engaging with IT teams and Vendors to help resolve technical problems. The HR-IS Analyst will
also support system upgrades, migrations, and provide process improvement recommendations.
What You Will Do:
- Responsibility for day-to-day support and maintenance of HR applications
- Analyze users' requests, identify problems, research solutions, and resolve technical problems as needed for the wide variety of applications and systems supported within HR-IS
- Act as a liaison / integration point between HR & IT teams and serve as the main point of contact for the HR-IS team
- Collaborates with Application Management Services vendor to work through issue resolution and identify requirements for application enhancement opportunities
- Manages incident and problem tickets related to HR applications
- Works independently on complex application / technical problem identification, resolution, and process improvements
- Identify risks or opportunities and recommend changes to processes which improve the delivery of HR
- services to the organization
- Performs integrated testing of system components that requires careful planning and execution to ensure timely and quality results
- Partners with application owners to develop project scope, estimate hours / cost, and approvals
- Assists customers with documentation, training, and usability efforts
What You Have:
- A 4-year college or university degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or
- related field of study.
- The incumbent should be knowledgeable of the appropriate programming languages (such as java, python, and .net); computing hardware and software; and current development processes and tools.
- One year or more experience in systems development or support work is common.

- Automation (RPA) knowledge or willingness to learn - Microsoft Flow, Automation Anywhere or UIPath

- Understanding or willingness to learn about Snowflake architecture/ design patterns
- Knowledge of security processes in Enterprise settings
