📣 We’re Hiring: In-House Counsel | Join a Fast-Moving SaaS Leader

Seeq, we believe legal isn’t just a function—it’s a strategic partner that helps drive our mission forward. As our In-House Counsel, you won’t be stuck on the sidelines. You’ll be in the room where it happens—working closely with Revenue, Risk & Compliance, and leadership to shape how we do business, globally.

💼 What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of all things legal—providing wise, actionable advice and helping us scale responsibly.

You will:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of sales, vendor, and partnership agreements
  • Maintain and refine contract templates and processes for our global SaaS operations
  • Design and improve internal legal workflows and contracting strategies
  • Support new product launches from a legal perspective
  • Provide legal guidance for compliance initiatives and cross-functional projects
  • Collaborate with outside counsel and synthesize their advice into practical business solutions
Requirements
✅ What You’ll Bring
  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
  • Bar membership in good standing in any U.S. state
  • 3–5 years of experience (bonus points for experience with SaaS transactions)
  • Expertise in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
  • Strong grasp of how legal language impacts business outcomes
  • Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills
  • A collaborative, business-minded approach to problem-solving
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
  • Remote (U.S.-based; must be available 8 am–12 pm Pacific Time)
