The Hospitality Manager oversees daily operations for assigned hospitality locations and ensures an exceptional guest and client experience. This role is responsible for financial performance, service quality, operational execution, and team development. The Hospitality Manager builds strong client partnerships, leads associates with clarity and consistency, and upholds Premium Parking’s service philosophy: People Deserve Great Places.
Leadership & Team Development:
- Lead by example and model Premium Parking’s customer service and operational standards.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop associates to ensure strong performance across all roles.
- Ensure staffing levels meet operational needs and adjust schedules as required.
- Conduct 90 day and annual reviews, coaching sessions, and counseling documentation as needed.
Client Relationships & Service Delivery:
- Maintain strong, positive relationships with clients and act as the primary point of contact.
- Understand client service expectations and ensure Premium Parking’s culture aligns with their environment.
- Attend client staff meetings and provide updates, insights, and solutions when requested.
- Respond promptly to guest feedback, concerns, or escalations while ensuring a consistent service experience.
Operational Oversight:
- Manage and supervise all operational details of assigned locations, ensuring a high level of visibility on site.
- Maintain awareness of local events and adjust operations accordingly to ensure readiness and adequate staffing.
- Oversee revenue, safety, and service procedures to ensure full compliance with Premium Parking standards.
- Support special event parking programs, including planning, staffing, and execution.
Financial & Administrative Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate revenue collection, reporting, and deposit compliance.
- Organize, reconcile, and maintain financial records using both manual and automated systems.
- Conduct regular audits to verify adherence to procedures, accuracy of funds collected, and proper documentation.
- Manage payroll review, attendance tracking, and post pay corrections as required
Safety, Compliance & Incident Management:
- Promote a safe environment by identifying hazards and ensuring associates follow all safety procedures.
- Manage claims, document incidents, and work with the Claims Administrator to assign responsibility when applicable.
- Report vehicle damage and guest experience concerns to the appropriate client contacts and leadership.
- Ensure timely completion of incident forms, injury reports, and related documentation.
Facility Maintenance & Support:
- Oversee general facility upkeep, including equipment, signage, lighting, and cleanliness.
- Coordinate with internal teams or vendors for repair needs or escalations.
- Ensure all employees understand proper use of equipment, systems, and procedures.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Attend Premium Parking leadership meetings as requested.
- Perform additional tasks or special projects to support operations as needed.
Required:
- College Degree and/or previous relevant experience
- Valid Driver’s License required
- Must be able to drive and operate a standard and automatic transmission vehicle comfortably
- Must have good communication skills
- Must maintain professional appearance
Preferred:
- 3 years of licensed driving experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word Document and PowerPoint
- Previous management experience in the parking, hospitality or service industry
- Proactive contributor with a track record of identifying priorities, solving problems, and executing effectively
Other Requirements:
- May be required to answer phone calls/emails/texts outside of regular business hours
- Bending, sitting and standing repeatedly
- Pulling and pushing, as in opening and closing car doors, consistently for entire shift
- May be required to bend and twist as in getting in and out of a vehicle
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to push up to 100 pounds on a luggage cart
- Must be able to stand, walk and/or jog for an entire shift
- Depth perception: the ability to identify which of several objects is closer or farther away
- Exposure to all weather conditions, including but not limited to: rain, cold, heat, and humidity
