Job Description
This team strategically approaches customer behaviors and creates marketing campaigns to optimize the mortgage customer experience.
As a Marketing Senior Associate within Home Lending, you will conceive and coordinate all aspects of marketing campaign deployment. This includes partnering with teams such as business owners, audience targeting, channel production, and compliance/controls. The Senior Associate must collaborate with these teams to meet deadlines, adjust priorities, and fully own campaign performance. This individual should be confident in analyzing provided messaging, ensuring creative is on-brand, focusing on a positive customer experience, setting strategic goals, and analyzing results.
Job responsibilities:
  • Research, compile, and present marketing strategy business cases to senior leaders.
  • Analyze campaign metrics and performance to enhance effectiveness and identify marketing opportunities.
  • Write creative briefs for internal and external marketing design agencies.
  • Manage multi-channel marketing execution from strategy development to delivery, including emails, online ads, landing pages, and more.
  • Partner across various internal teams.
  • Manage multiple communication campaigns to ensure initiatives are on-strategy, on time, and within budget.
  • Make recommendations for campaign improvements to enhance results, increase efficiencies, and reduce costs.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • 5+ years of experience in direct marketing and project management.
  • Consumer marketing experience managing large-scale campaigns across email, website, and direct mail channels.
  • Knowledge of analytics, marketing principles, segmentation, testing, and results measurement.
  • Willingness to manage the details of marketing project execution, including following processes and adhering to strict controls.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong relationship development and negotiation skills; ability to earn respect and trust among internal and external business partners and team members.
  • Team player with a positive, can-do attitude; comfortable with continuously changing opportunities and priorities.
  • Creativity and innovation with a focus on constant improvement.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • Specific experience in mortgages, financial services, Salesforce email journey deployment.
  • Creative agency experience.
