Lead the development of sales strategies, manage multiple business units, and drive sales objectives through effective team management and strategic planning.
Job Summary & Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Serve as member of senior management team. Participate in the development of short and long-term business strategies.
- Manage multiple business verticals including the execution of respective sales objectives.
- Responsible for the hiring, managing and developing of sales professionals required to meet business objectives.
- Guide Sales team to identify new and grow existing manufacture, distributor and referral relationships.
- Identify acquisition targets and new market opportunities to support sales objectives.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans for multiple business verticals.
- Develop and realize annual sales objectives for multiple business verticals.
Required Skills:
- Must be highly motivated with excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Must have a proven track record of success in managing business units including business planning, budgeting and P&L management.
- Must have a strong understanding of business, credit and operational processes.
- Must possess strong negotiation and follow up skills, be a self-starter and goal oriented.
- Must have the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Required Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a business related field and a minimum of 10 years of sales management and equipment financing experience.
