We are seeking a talented RF Engineer to join our dynamic team at Sunnyvale, CA. Responsibilities
  • Conduct rigorous calibration, chip-level testing and validation, ensuring hardware meets the highest standards.
  • Carry out and develop test methods for our next generation high-speed photonics chip up to 200GHz. 
  • Closely involve in design and develop high-speed devices, pushing the boundaries of communication systems.
  • Experience with optoelectronic devices is preferred. 
  • Analyze test results, identify areas for improvement, and optimize performance.
  • Develop test procedures, ensuring clear communication within the team.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, particularly in high-speed digital hardware.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers or technicians, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the hardware development lifecycle.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree with 5 years of experience or Doctor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or a related field, focusing on high-speed components and testing. 
  • Proven expertise in using VNA/PNA equipment for device-level testing is expected.
  • Strong knowledge of digital signal processing and communication systems.
  • Experience with high-speed device testing, preferably above 67GHz.
  • Familiarity with photonic technologies is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a systematic approach to hardware design and testing.
  • Proficiency in simulation tools like MATLAB and/or Python.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
